This website is operated by 5K Immigration Services Inc. in Surrey, British Columbia. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. General information, not advice
Everything on this website, including articles, service pages, FAQs and calculators, is general information about Canadian immigration. It isn’t legal advice and doesn’t create a consultant-client relationship. Immigration rules, fees and processing times change often, and outcomes depend on your own circumstances and on decisions made by government officers. Always check current requirements on the official IRCC website before acting.
A consultant-client relationship begins only when you and 5K Immigration Services Inc. sign a written service agreement, as the CICC Code of Professional Conduct requires.
2. Calculators
The CRS calculator and BC PNP calculator give preliminary estimates based on what you enter and on published scoring criteria as of their last review. They don’t determine eligibility, NOC classification or whether you’ll be invited, and they don’t guarantee any outcome. Your answers stay in your browser; they aren’t saved or sent to us.
3. No guarantees
No one can guarantee the result of an immigration application. Decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, provincial governments and other authorities. 5K Immigration Services is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government.
4. Contact and booking forms
Please don’t send passport numbers, identity documents or other sensitive records through website forms or booking notes. Sending a message doesn’t make you a client, and information you send before a service agreement is signed may not be treated as a confidential retainer communication. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Reviews and testimonials
Client reviews shown on this site are quoted from public Google reviews. They describe individual experiences; every case is different and past results don’t predict future outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to 5K Immigration Services Inc. or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Please don’t copy whole pages or reuse the content commercially without written permission.
7. Links to other websites
We link to official government sources and other sites for your convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 5K Immigration Services Inc. isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its calculators. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that can’t be limited by law, or our professional obligations to clients under a signed service agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
